At L. Menary Arts, each piece of art is created with care and attention. Because our artworks are unique and individual, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after purchase

Please make sure you review item details carefully before purchasing.

 
Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our website’s contact form within 7 days of receiving your item.
You will be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with Canada Post to open a shipping damage claim and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Note: We cannot replace one-of-a-kind original artwork. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation individually.

 
Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Canada Post is responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed or lost, we will assist in initiating a Canada Post service inquiry but cannot offer refunds for delays.

 
Change of Address

We are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
