Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 3–7 business days.
During busy periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and Canada Post’s delivery timelines.
Typical estimated delivery times:

Within Canada: 3–10 business days after shipment
United States: 7–21 business days after shipment
International: 10–30 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Your shipping address
Package weight and size

You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking

Most shipments include a tracking number. If tracking is available, it will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Some small or low-cost items may ship without tracking to reduce costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Canada Post is responsible for delivery.

If a package is delayed, please allow time for Canada Post updates.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our website with your order details.
We will assist in filing a claim with Canada Post and work toward a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
